Join the fun.....get rid of some "stuff".....Or - come and shop!!

The docks are in and a few boats, thanks to a couple of consecutive nice days.....a rarity this year!  We will be up and running full steam very soon.  A big thank you to all who came out for our first potluck of the season, was great to see everyone again.  The schedule has been finalized, looks like lots of fun stuff in store for us!  Check out the schedule below and hope to see you all soon!

The ice has left and the "pond" is filling up with all the spring rain!  We have begun the process of getting docks ready for the water and look forward to seeing everyone very soon.  

What a great turn-out  for our first official "opening" week-end!  The Event Schedule has been finalized - lots of fun stuff planned, and you never know what we might decide to add in as the season progresses!  Here's to a fun and memorable boating season!

Well, we think Spring has finally decided to arrive and stick around awhile!  The guys are working on docks as I write this, and hopefully they will all go in the water this coming week-end.  Then give us a week or two to get everything situated and we will be ready for your boats to launch.  If you are looking to be in the water by Memorial Day week-end, please let us know and we will do our best to get you scheduled by then.  I've posted the tentative schedule of events for this year - come to our first potluck on 5/26 with your ideas for potluck themes and/or other events 

Just want to get the word out that we WILL be hosting the beef roast on Sunday 9/3/17 - despite the fact that Hurricane Harvey is going to drop some of it's remnants on our party!  We will be moving from the pavilion in the field to the house...hope you won't let the weather keep you away!

A warm welcome to all our friends, both old and new!  We had a wonderful Memorial Day Week-end, despite the soggy beginning and end.  We did get two beautiful days in - with some nice calm waters for the motor boaters, and then some nice wind for all our sailors' shake-down cruises!  Was great to see such a large turn-out for our Grand Opening Potluck - we sure do know how to eat well around here.  We have posted the Revised Schedule of Events - there are some exciting events planned, hope you can join us for some.  We do believe that Plunder Bay has the BEST bunch of boaters on the Lake, and we look forward to another year of adventures.  Thank you to all for your patronage and friendship!

The weather is starting to break, docks are starting to go in the water, boats are being uncovered....I do believe the season is almost upon us!  We are planning boat placement, so if you are returning this year and have not yet reached out to us, please do so.  Attached is the 2017 Schedule of Events - hope you can join us for at least some of the events!  Always open to new ideas, so if there's something you're thinking would be fun, be sure to share them with us.  Looking forward to seeing everyone again....and to some nice warm sunny days on the lake!

Happy 2017 Everyone - hope your year is off to a great start!  Our annual cabin fever party is going to be delayed this year - instead of the normal President's Week-end, we are postponing the event until Saturday 3/11th  -  hope you can attend!  Bring a dish to share and any ideas to make the 2017 boating season one we will remember!!
