Plunder Bay is located on the southern end of Lake Champlain. Approximately 20 miles north of The Champlain Canal and 2 miles south of Fort Ticonderoga. The swimming and fishing is always great, and you can visit many historical sites nearby. The town of Orwell has a wonderful old-fashion Vermont general store for all your food and boating needs. There are excellent restaurants nearby for some fine Vermont dinning. Plunder Bay Marina is the only official pirate cove on Lake Champlain, so as members you are expected to conduct yourself like a pirate...this means very few rules. Occasionally someone walks the plank and the treasure chest should always be raided daily in the clubhouse. The food is always tasty and in good company. Plunder Bay is the first Marina on the open lake, once off the Champlain Canal, Google us and please stop in for a day or stay a while. Your Hosts: Ed and Sue Babbitt
